If you are not satisfied with the hair you can do 1 of 2 things. 1. you can exchange the hair being that the hair comes straight from the factory it may be the end the bunch which sometimes has bad split ends. we ship the hair directly to you we do not open your package so we will not kno if the hair is the runt of the bunch. 2. you can send the hair back and we can refund you money as soon as the item is returned in its original condition.
